  • Full category structure setup
  • 1–2 sample products per category
  • URL redirection

DecoNetwork Configuration

  • Full DecoNetwork technical setup
  • Mobile responsiveness across all devices

Training & Support

  • Basic training for website editing
  • Adding or changing images and text
  • Creating & editing product categories
  • Selecting & adding products to categories

Timelines are dependent on prompt client feedback. Delays in providing information will extend the completion date accordingly.

Key Terms & Conditions

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all assets and content within 5 working days of signing
  • Respond to reviews within 1–2 working days
  • Attend scheduled training sessions
  • Add further products post-training
  • Maintain active DecoNetwork subscription

Service Provider Responsibilities

  • Professional website aligned with client branding
  • Full DecoNetwork technical setup & configuration
  • Mobile responsiveness across all devices
  • Delivery within stated timeline (subject to timely feedback)
  • 1 hour post-launch support

Design & Changes

  • Initial design created in Canva for client approval
  • Changes after design approval: £75 + VAT/hr
  • All change requests must be submitted in writing

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel after design approval, before build: 50% fee retained
  • Cancel after build commences: 75% fee retained
  • No refund after launch and training completion
  • Agreement terminates if client fails to provide assets within 30 days

Intellectual Property: Client retains ownership of all brand assets. Upon full payment, client receives full rights to the completed website. Service Provider retains the right to feature the site in portfolio materials. Website functionality is dependent on DecoNetwork platform availability — the Service Provider is not responsible for third-party outages.

Section 5

Important Notices

⚠️ SEO Asset Transfer Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that all SEO assets are transferred from their current website to their new DecoNetwork website. This includes:

  • 301 Redirects — Redirect old URLs to new URLs to preserve search rankings
  • Meta Titles & Descriptions — Transfer page-level meta data
  • XML Sitemaps — Submit to Google Search Console & Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Google Search Console & Analytics — Verify new domain & update tracking
  • Canonical Tags — Set correct canonical URLs to prevent duplicate content
  • Structured Data / Schema Markup — Migrate product, organisation & review schema
  • Image Alt Text & File Names — Retain SEO-optimised alt attributes
  • Robots.txt — Configure for correct crawling & indexing

DecoPro offers a comprehensive SEO migration service — quotation available upon request.

⚠️ Website Traffic & Marketing Responsibility

DecoPro does not take responsibility for driving visitors to your website or for the volume of traffic received. A new or redesigned website alone does not guarantee sales or enquiries. It is the Client's responsibility to have marketing plans in place including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

DecoPro offers a full range of digital marketing services — available by request and quoted separately.

By completing and submitting this form, both parties confirm they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this agreement. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
